Diwali Delights - Terms and Conditions
1. The contest will be live starting 12th November, 2020.
2. The contest is organised by BPCL & the contest is valid only in India.
3. To enter the contest, the participants must follow the steps listed below:

Multiple entries from the same handle are allowed.
5. BPCL will choose total 4 winners (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) at the end of the contest.
6. Winners will be announced on BPCL’s official Facebook, Instagram & Twitter profiles. Winners will receive gift voucher worth Rs. 1,000
7. BPCL reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time without prior notification.
8. BPCL also reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, process or winners and prizes of the contest without prior notification.
9. Entries submitted by the Participants will be finalized by the panel of jury appointed by BPCL and reserve the right not to disclose the criteria of selection.
10. Participating in the contest implies that participants agree with all the Terms & Conditions of the contest. Anybody found using unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
11. The Contest shall be void in any state where prohibited by law. In such case, BPCL shall not be liable to provide any free cash back, gift(s) or compensation to the participant on any account.
12. The Participants should not deface or disparage any brand of BPCL, in any manner in the process of creating and posting their response.
13. By entering the Contest, the participant agrees that BPCL shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
14. BPCL is not responsible for participants who are not able to understand the Contest’s mechanics or for misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by BPCL portal or social platforms.
15. For claiming their prizes all winners are required to share the scanned copy of PAN card & other identity verification details for identity verification at an e-mail Id provided by BPCL.
16. If a winner does not provide his/her complete postal details along with scanned copy of PAN card within the requisite time, he/she shall not be considered for gratification. BPCL will not be liable for any claim of gratification made after the defined period.
17. In case of non-availability/shortfall of the committed prize, BPCL will compensate with a prize of equal worth. #DiwaliDelights
